Following activities will be implemented throughout the project period to achieve project objective:

1. Organize (80) School Induction Meetings with teachers-School Management Committees-parents-student representatives.
2. Teachers training on imparting lesson on VAW/G in classroom and Counselling skills.
3. Develop teachers/counsellors’ manual.
4. Need assessment and material development for classroom lesson and handbook on ending VAW/G for students and its publication.
5. Publish Handbook on national policies/ laws, and relevant UN Conventions which promote gender equality and protect youth and community members from various forms of violence including child and forced marriage, dowry, trafficking, acid attack, Fatwa and domestic violence for students.
6. Impart lessons in classroom and counselling by trained teachers.
7. Install Information Corner in each school
8. Organize Skills Camp for girls.
9. Organize annual “Safe School Experience Sharing” and “Day of Creativity to End VAW/G’ in each school.
10. Observation of ‘16 days of Activism Against Gender Violence’ with schools in 4 district through rally and leaflet distribution.
11. Consultations in 4 districts with schools, community stakeholders to reflect their views in the program.
12. Consolidation and sharing of findings and views with a broader audience including relevant government departments, civil society and media of the respective districts.
13. District level convention in participation of schools, community members, civil society, administration and other stakeholders to pursue collective support on safe school safe community initiatives.
14. National level Sharing/Consultation on sharing project experience and to advocacy for policy action.
15. Advocacy for budget allocation for teachers training on preventing VAW/G, support schools for counselling service and skill building activities for girl students.
16. Publish Yearly Bulletin to disseminate promising practices.
17. Organize media visits in project areas for wide dissemination of good and promising practice of safe school safe community initiative.
